Product Introduction
The Disc Screen is a roller disc-type dynamic screening system specifically developed for light impurity separation, flexible and easily entangled material screening, and fine material grading. It specializes in material sorting and debris removal, capable of handling materials within 1000mm, widely used in recycled paper OCC waste paper sorting, municipal solid waste, aged waste, and recyclable solid waste sorting scenarios. It is a specialized core screening device for the solid waste sorting, renewable resource processing, and material fine grading industries.
This equipment adopts a horizontal parallel roller-type installation structure, relying on a drive system that drives multiple sets of parallel rotating shafts synchronously. The shafts are equipped with integrated specially-shaped sorting discs. During operation, the discs interlock and rotate, driving materials to continuously convey, tumble, and loosen. As materials advance forward with the rollers, fine particle materials quickly fall through the disc gaps for screening, while large materials, light debris, plastic strips, impurities, etc., are conveyed with the discs to the discharge port for removal. The proprietary interlocking disc structure features a screen-free design that eliminates hole clogging and material adhesion, adapting to high-moisture, high-viscosity, and easily entangled complex materials, effectively solving industry pain points such as easy clogging, material entanglement, poor screening stratification, and incomplete debris removal in traditional screening equipment.
The equipment uses an operator-friendly modular structure with individually detachable discs and rollers for quick maintenance and replacement. An external dust- and odor-control enclosure and electrical overload protection support accurate, stable, and safe screening. Low noise, anti-entanglement performance, a low failure rate, and straightforward maintenance reduce manual effort and maintenance costs, making the equipment suitable for continuous industrial operation across a broad range of scenarios.
Key Advantages
The equipment adopts a multi-set interlocking wear-resistant disc structure, abandoning traditional screen-based screening modes. It relies on roller gaps for material screening, fundamentally eliminating screen hole clogging, material adhesion, and fabric strip entanglement issues. The equipment’s proprietary dynamic tumbling structure continuously breaks up moist caked materials, precisely separating fine materials from light debris. Disc spacing can be customized according to customer material specifications and screening standards, adapting to various wet, sticky, and easily entangled mixed materials, with screening performance far exceeding traditional screening equipment.
The equipment’s roller operating speed can be precisely adjusted to adapt to materials of different moisture, viscosity, and hardness, perfectly suiting differentiated operation scenarios such as OCC waste paper decontamination, solid waste sorting, and muck screening. Combined with an independent drive damping structure and integrated rubber damping components, it effectively buffers equipment operation vibration, reducing operating noise. The entire machine has small oscillation amplitude and low component wear rates, operating smoothly and continuously throughout, ensuring efficient and stable production line output.
The entire machine adopts a modular split structure, with individual discs and rollers all independently detachable and replaceable without full machine disassembly. Maintenance can be completed using common tools. The equipment frame reserves ample operating space with a simple structure and no complex components, making troubleshooting, equipment cleaning, and parts replacement procedures straightforward, significantly shortening equipment downtime and effectively reducing manual maintenance difficulty and production operational costs.
Equipped with a professional electrical overload protection and material jam automatic shutdown alarm system, the equipment automatically shuts down and alarms when encountering material jams, feed overload, current anomalies, and other issues, preventing fault risks such as motor burnout and component damage. The discs use high-strength wear-resistant materials, anti-corrosion, wear-resistant, and fracture-resistant. The rollers have excellent load-bearing performance, capable of long-term adaptation to dusty, high-humidity, and high-debris harsh working conditions. The entire machine features sturdy structure, strong durability, and long equipment service life.
