Product Introduction

The Heavy Chain Plate Conveyor is a device designed for transporting large-tonnage, large-lump, high-wear, and high-impact materials. It uses a load-bearing structure of high-strength chains and integrally stamped thick chain plates. The overall frame is welded from structural steel, providing strong rigidity and resistance to deformation, suitable for long-term heavy-load operation. It is primarily used for conveying lump, bulk, or mixed materials along horizontal or inclined (≤30°) paths. In the solid waste sorting field, it is mainly used for conveying construction waste and municipal solid waste, serving as a continuous feeding function.

The Heavy Chain Plate Conveyor is a continuous conveying device with chain traction and metal stamped plates as the load-bearing surface. Its core advantages are strong load-bearing capacity, stable operation, adaptation to harsh working conditions, variable frequency speed regulation, and uniform feeding. It is widely used in material transfer and process connection scenarios in industrial production, serving as one of the key conveying equipment in automated production lines.

Its core structure is simple and compact, mainly composed of conveying chains, chain plates, drive unit (reduction motor, bearings, sprockets), and tensioning device (bearings, lead screws, sprockets). The drive sprocket provides traction force to the chains, with metal chain plates serving as the load-bearing body during conveying, fixed between the chains on both sides. As the sprockets cyclically drag the chains, the chain plates are driven in reciprocating motion, causing materials to be conveyed along with the chain plates in horizontal or inclined directions. The chain plates are arranged in a corrugated pattern, effectively reducing material leakage.
