Product Introduction
The Tracked Mobile Impact Crusher is suitable for mining, water conservancy, transportation, railway, cement, building materials, metallurgy, chemical, electric power, construction, and other industries. It is used for primary and secondary crushing of medium to hard materials with compressive strength up to 150 MPa. The product utilizes impact energy to crush materials. Its core configuration features a high-performance impact crusher that uses high-speed rotors and blow bars to impact-crush materials, combining crushing and shaping functions for excellent particle shape, low flakiness content, and high yield.
The entire machine adopts a modular layout with compact structure, equipped with a heavy-duty tracked chassis, providing excellent off-road performance and autonomous relocation capability without external lifting or foundation construction. The equipment comes standard with a hydraulic adjustment device for quick adjustment of the impact rack gap, achieving precise control of discharge particle size. It also integrates overload protection, automatic cavity clearing, and lubrication monitoring systems to ensure safe operation and convenient maintenance.
The intelligent electronic control system supports one-touch start/stop, remote monitoring, fault diagnosis, and energy consumption management, enhancing automation levels. Some models can optionally be equipped with pre-screening or closed-loop circulation systems, achieving “screen before crush” or particle size closed-loop control, further optimizing energy efficiency and product quality. The overall design emphasizes environmental protection, often equipped with spray dust suppression or enclosed structures, effectively reducing dust emissions to meet green production requirements. It is an efficient, intelligent, and flexible modern crushing solution.
Key Advantages
Hydraulic folding design for receiving hopper and conveyor to meet working and transport size requirements.
The feeder features built-in pre-screening functionality for continuous feeding. The diverter hopper can optionally convey to the main conveyor or side conveyor, reducing blockages and spillage. The main unit is directly driven by a fluid coupling for high efficiency. Laminated crushing delivers excellent particle shape.
Adjustable main unit speed with anti-rebar entanglement rotor design. The impact plate is manufactured from high-manganese cast steel in one-piece casting for high strength. Rare-earth neodymium-iron-boron permanent magnet iron remover professionally removes ferrous impurities, protecting downstream processing equipment.
Full hydraulic folding hopper with built-in hydraulic locking, no manual securing required. Feed speed can be automatically or manually adjusted. Main unit belt tensioning mechanism is simple to operate and reliable. Hydraulic-assisted impact plate adjustment on the main unit for convenient and quick adjustment.
The crushing main unit is equipped with multi-layer curtain chains including rubber curtains and ring chain curtains for higher safety and reduced operational dust. Independent pre-screening unit with higher screening efficiency than integrated types, increasing crusher throughput and reducing crushing chamber wear costs. Optional post-screening and return belt to ensure uniform crushing particle size. The main unit discharge uses a vibrating feeder transition to reduce impact on the main conveyor belt, improving overall service life.

Application Scenarios
- Construction Waste Recycling: Efficient crushing of concrete, bricks, and other waste materials to produce high-quality recycled aggregates, suitable for urban demolition or green building material projects.
- Sand and Gravel Aggregate Production: In quarries or temporary stockyards, crushing limestone, dolomite, and other soft-to-medium-hard rocks into manufactured sand or premium aggregates for commercial concrete stations or infrastructure projects.
- Road/Water Conservancy Construction: On-site material crushing in remote construction areas, quickly producing road base or fill materials meeting gradation requirements, reducing transportation costs.
- Mining Secondary Crushing: As a supplement to fixed production lines for processing materials after primary crushing, improving overall flexibility.
