This equipment adopts a negative-pressure enclosed circulating air circuit design. After materials enter the sorting chamber through the feed end, plastic bottles fall and discharge relying on their own weight and inertia, while light materials such as plastic film and paper scraps are drawn by the negative-pressure airflow generated by the upper air hood and transported through ducts to the rear-end rotary air sorter. Film materials separate from the airflow within the rotary air sorter and naturally fall for collection, while clean air circulates back to the fan through ducts, forming a closed-loop airflow system with no dust emission. The air circuit can be steplessly regulated through a variable frequency fan, combined with an adjustable air hood structure, precisely controlling airflow intensity to achieve stable separation of light and heavy materials, solving pain points such as dust pollution, low sorting precision, and incomplete light impurity removal in traditional open-type air sorters.

The overall equipment adopts a modular sealed structure, operating under full-process negative pressure, effectively preventing dust emission and ensuring the working environment.
