Product Introduction
The Circular Vibrating Screen is a versatile high-efficiency circular-trajectory vibrating screening device suitable for particle material grading and wet/dry material screening. It specializes in high-output, high-precision material sorting, capable of handling ores and particle materials within 200mm. It is widely used in various industrial screening scenarios including sand and gravel aggregates, mining and mineral processing, coal screening, building material solid waste, and chemical particles, serving as a fundamental and core screening device for the sand and gravel processing, mining, material grading, and solid waste resource recovery industries.
This equipment adopts an inclined screen box installation structure, relying on a cylindrical eccentric shaft exciter combined with eccentric counterweights rotating at high speed to generate centrifugal excitation force, driving the screen body in stable circular-trajectory reciprocating vibration. The equipment supports single or multi-layer screen panel combination designs, with a flat and regular overall screen surface and long screening stroke. During equipment operation, materials undergo continuous throwing, tumbling, and forward-advancing three-dimensional motion on the screen surface, effectively breaking up accumulated and clustered materials. Large particle materials are continuously conveyed forward with the screen body vibration and discharged from the equipment end discharge port, while fine particle materials penetrate the screen panels for graded discharge. The multi-layer screen structure can simultaneously complete multi-specification material grading, screening multiple particle size finished products in a single pass. The overall operation method thoroughly solves industry pain points such as limited screen layers, single grading, material accumulation and retention, low screening precision under high-output conditions, and uneven discharge in traditional screening equipment.
The equipment frame uses an integrated welded structure for strength and rigidity. It is equipped with high-precision eccentric excitation components, high-strength wear-resistant screen panels, high-load-capacity rubber damping springs, and a complete electrical protection system. Modular screen panels support quick removal and replacement, while reserved maintenance space and an enclosed dust-proof structure simplify servicing and suppress operational dust. Stable vibration amplitude, strong load capacity, wear resistance, low noise, and a low failure rate support continuous industrial production. It adapts to complex wet and dry conditions for high-volume material screening and grading.
Key Advantages
The equipment adopts a circular vibration trajectory design, providing longer material retention screening stroke and wider motion range on the screen surface. Combined with customizable single/multi-layer screen structures, it can complete 2-4 different particle size material grading in a single pass. The screen panels are made of high-strength wear-resistant plate materials, impact-resistant and wear-resistant, capable of withstanding continuous impact from high-flow materials. Screen hole specifications can be customized according to customer material characteristics and production requirements, with excellent adaptability for dry materials, lightly moist materials, particle ores, and more, effectively avoiding material accumulation and screen hole clogging. Screening uniformity, finished product precision, and single-machine throughput far exceed traditional simple screening equipment.
The excitation system adopts a modular eccentric shaft design, allowing flexible adjustment of equipment vibration amplitude by adding or removing counterweights, precisely adapting to screening operations for ores, sand and gravel, coal, chemical particles, and other materials of different hardness, moisture, and density. The entire equipment series is equipped with high-elasticity integrated rubber damping springs, evenly distributing equipment operational vibration forces, effectively reducing frame base vibration amplitude and significantly reducing operating noise. The entire machine operates smoothly with minimal wear. Long-duration continuous operation experiences no deviation or resonance faults, with excellent equipment operational stability.
The entire equipment adopts standardized modular assembly structure, with screen panels, exciters, and damping components all being universal standard parts. Screen panels use bolt combination fixing methods, allowing quick disassembly, replacement, and cleaning using conventional tools. The equipment frame is spacious with sufficient internal maintenance space, enabling core component inspection, maintenance, and upkeep without full machine disassembly. Overall downtime for maintenance is short with low maintenance difficulty, effectively improving equipment availability and significantly reducing post-operation maintenance consumable costs and labor costs.
The frame is integrally welded from thickened steel, providing sturdy and deformation-resistant structure with excellent impact resistance and fatigue resistance. Core excitation components undergo precision machining and wear-resistant treatment, suitable for high-frequency continuous vibration operation. The equipment is equipped with a professional electrical overload protection system. When encountering faults such as current anomalies, material overload, or material jams, it automatically alarms and instantly shuts down, providing comprehensive protection for core motors and excitation components. Combined with an external dust-proof sealed structure that isolates components from dust erosion and reduces equipment aging wear, it adapts to harsh working conditions such as mines and sand and gravel plants. The entire machine features strong durability and long service life.
