Product Introduction
The Screw Conveyor is a mechanical conveying device that uses a motor to drive spiral blades in rotation. It relies on the friction and thrust between the blades and materials to convey materials from one location to another, widely used in mining, building materials, chemical, grain, environmental protection, and many other industries.
Its core structure is simple and compact, mainly composed of the drive unit, enclosed trough, and spiral blades. It is divided into shafted screw and shaftless screw types. Shafted screws are generally used for conveying non-sticky materials, while shaftless screws are generally used for sticky, easily entangled materials. The housing adopts a sealed design capable of conveying powder or liquid materials, effectively avoiding material contamination and environmental dust pollution, meeting environmental production requirements. The spiral shaft is made of high-strength steel processing, resistant to deformation, with strong rigidity, high conveying efficiency, and minimal material jamming.
Compared to traditional incline conveyors, the screw conveyor can achieve substantial vertical lifting within an extremely small footprint. Multi-directional conveying with strong adaptability enables horizontal, inclined, vertical, and other multi-angle conveying without additional transfer equipment, flexibly connecting production lines at different heights and positions to meet diverse transfer requirements.
