Product Introduction
The Ballistic Separator is a vibrating ballistic sorting system specifically developed for mixed waste classification, light/heavy material separation, and irregular material grading. It specializes in shape- and density-differentiated sorting, adaptable to various mixed solid waste materials, and is widely used in sorting scenarios such as municipal solid waste, construction waste, aged waste treatment, and renewable resource recovery. It is a specialized core screening device for the solid waste resource recovery, waste pretreatment, and material fine grading industries.
This equipment adopts a parallel four-bar ballistic structural design, relying on drive motors that drive master/slave shafts and eccentric crank mechanisms to operate, driving the screen panel groups to perform compound ballistic reciprocating motion in both upward/downward and forward/backward directions. Combined with a dedicated air separation system, it forms a dual-mode operation of ballistic sorting + air separation. During operation, material density, shape, and hardness differences cause mixed materials to produce differentiated motion trajectories: 3D three-dimensional materials such as stones and plastic bottles are ejected and discharged from the tail end of the equipment; flat 2D materials such as films and paper are output from the head end; fine gravel, residue, and other debris materials fall through the screen holes for screening, achieving precise three-way material diversion. The equipment supports 0-20° hydraulic angle adjustment and customizable screen hole specifications, specifically addressing industry pain points such as chaotic mixed material sorting, inability to distinguish light/heavy materials, high impurity mixing rates, and single sorting mode in traditional screening equipment.
The equipment uses an operator-friendly modular structure with independently replaceable screen-panel assemblies. A hydraulic adjustment system, external fan-based dust removal, rubber damping components, and an electrical overload protection system support accurate, efficient, and safe sorting. High throughput, strong anti-clogging performance, low operating noise, straightforward maintenance, and a low failure rate make it suitable for long-term continuous operation in waste processing lines and a broad range of applications.
Key Advantages
The equipment adopts a mechanical ballistic + air compound sorting mode, differing from traditional single-function screening equipment. It can grade materials based on dual dimensions of shape and density, precisely distinguishing 2D flat materials, 3D three-dimensional materials, and fine debris materials. Continuous ballistic motion of the screen panels prevents material adhesion and accumulation, fundamentally eliminating screen hole clogging and material retention issues. It adapts to lightweight, sticky, and mixed solid waste materials, significantly improving resource recovery rates and sorting precision, with operational efficiency far exceeding traditional screening equipment.
The screen surface inclination angle supports stepless hydraulic 0-20° adjustment, combined with customizable screen hole sizes, allowing flexible adjustment of operating parameters according to material type, moisture content, and mixing ratio, adapting to various complex sorting scenarios such as municipal solid waste, aged waste, and construction waste. Combined with integrated rubber damping components and a stable drive mechanism, it effectively buffers ballistic vibration, reducing equipment operating noise and frame vibration amplitude. The entire machine has low wear rates, operates continuously and smoothly, ensuring stable production line operation.
The entire machine adopts a split modular design, with screen panels, fan assemblies, and transmission components all independently detachable and replaceable without full machine disassembly. Routine maintenance and parts replacement can be completed using common tools. The equipment frame reserves ample maintenance space, with a simple internal structure, making troubleshooting, equipment cleaning, and routine maintenance procedures straightforward, significantly shortening equipment downtime and effectively reducing manual maintenance difficulty and production line operational costs.
Equipped with a professional electrical overload protection system, the equipment automatically alarms and shuts down when faults such as feed jams, overload exceedance, or current anomalies occur, effectively preventing risks of equipment overload damage and motor burnout. The equipment frame uses high-strength steel structure, with wear-resistant and durable screen panels, and stable and long-lasting transmission structure, capable of long-term adaptation to dusty, high-impurity, and complex-material waste processing conditions. The entire machine features low failure rates, strong durability, and long service life.
