Product Introduction

The Stepped Screen is a high-efficiency screening device specifically developed for screening and removing large interference materials from materials containing large items. It specializes in removing large interference materials in sorting operations, capable of handling materials within 1500mm, widely suitable for various material screening scenarios including engineering muck, construction waste, decoration waste, municipal solid waste, aged waste, and commercial/industrial waste. It is a core screening device for the solid waste treatment, sand and gravel processing, and material grading industries.

This equipment adopts an inclined installation structure, relying on a flywheel exciter rotating to generate centrifugal force, driving the screen body in stable reciprocating vibration. It is configured with welded three-dimensional grid screen panels with short bar strips at the end of each panel. The grid screen panels are arranged horizontally in rows with a longitudinal stepped layout. During equipment operation, materials tumble and loosen vigorously in the stepped screen, achieving efficient separation. The welded screen mesh can withstand severe impact from materials below 1500mm and under 20kg. Materials larger than the upper layer are discharged from the outlet, while materials smaller than the upper layer fall below, thoroughly solving industry pain points such as large materials causing impact damage to screen surfaces resulting in short screen surface life, and material jamming damaging equipment in traditional screening equipment.

The equipment features an operator-friendly structure. Its modular screen panels support quick replacement and maintenance, while external dust-proof fabric, rubber damping components, and an electrical overload protection system support efficient, stable, and safe operation. With low noise, high impact resistance, and a low failure rate, it is suitable for long-term continuous industrial use. Simple inspection and maintenance procedures reduce maintenance costs and manual effort while supporting a broad range of applications.

Key Advantages

Three-dimensional welded grid arc screen panels with stepped arrangement increase tumbling frequency while providing better impact resistance and allowing flexible materials to pass through, reducing snagging. The end cantilever bar strips fully loosen materials. Screen hole sizes can be customized according to customer material specifications and screening requirements, adapting to various material grading operations, with screening precision and operational efficiency far exceeding traditional screening equipment.

The exciter adopts a modular design, allowing flexible adjustment of equipment vibration amplitude by adding or removing counterweights, adapting to materials of different hardness, elasticity, and friction. Combined with integrated rubber damping blocks, it efficiently absorbs equipment operation vibration, significantly reducing operating noise. The equipment base has small vibration amplitude, smooth overall operation, and low wear rates.

Adopts bolt-assembled screen panel fixing structures, allowing quick screen panel disassembly and replacement using common tools. The equipment lower screen mesh inspection has ample operating space, with simple and convenient procedures, effectively shortening equipment downtime for maintenance and reducing manual maintenance difficulty and operational costs.

Equipped with a professional electrical overload protection system, the equipment automatically alarms and shuts down when faults such as overload operation or current anomalies occur, preventing equipment overload damage risks. The three-dimensional welded screen mesh maintains stability under prolonged severe impact, featuring excellent wear resistance, corrosion resistance, and impact resistance, adapting to complex working conditions. The equipment overall has strong durability and long service life.
