ZENX Fusion Product Overview
The multimodal fusion intelligent optical sorter integrates electromagnetic induction sensors, hyperspectral sorting (HSI-NIR), visible-light imaging, X-ray transmission (XRT), and laser-induced breakdown spectroscopy (LIBS) core technologies as needed into a single intelligent sorting system. Through AI algorithms achieving deep multi-dimensional data fusion, it breaks through the limitations of individual technologies, enabling full-dimensional precise identification and separation covering “surface morphology - internal density - composition structure - elemental composition - conductivity characteristics” of materials. It is suitable for complex material sorting scenarios in mining, solid waste recycling, food processing, and more, hailed as the “all-seeing vision for material sorting.”
Key Advantages
Solves the challenge of “unifying surface and interior analysis.”
XRT Identification
Precisely identifies high-density valuable minerals based on differences in internal density and elemental atomic numbers.
HSI Spectroscopy
Rapidly distinguishes mineral types using surface molecular fingerprints.
EM Electromagnetic Induction
Detects conductivity characteristics to quickly differentiate metals from non-metals.
LIBS Laser
Elemental-level identification, precisely distinguishing alloy compositions and mineral element types.
Visible-Light Imaging
Rejects materials with visibly abnormal appearance based on surface morphology, color, and texture, reducing the burden on subsequent detection stages.
Application Scenarios
Mining and Mineral Processing
Complex multi-metal ore sorting, low-grade ore pre-concentration, non-metallic mineral purification, and more.
Solid Waste Resource Recovery
Fine sorting of e-waste, plastic sorting, and more.
Advanced Materials and Precious Metals
Fine sorting of precious metals, alloy material grading, and more.
