Under any terrain conditions, this equipment can reach any position within the working site. Through wireless remote control, the crusher can be easily driven onto a trailer and transported to the work site. The vibrating feeder features built-in pre-screening functionality for continuous feeding. The diverter hopper can optionally convey to the main conveyor or side conveyor, reducing blockages and spillage. The conveyor head is equipped with a self-cleaning scraper to prevent material adhesion.
The main unit features a V-cavity design with overload protection. The jaw plate is manufactured from high-manganese cast steel in one-piece casting for high strength. Rare-earth neodymium-iron-boron permanent magnet iron remover professionally removes ferrous impurities, protecting downstream processing equipment. The equipment hydraulic system features a load-sensing control system that naturally adjusts pressure oil output according to load, with low heat generation, low power loss, and more precise, efficient, and safe control.
Pre-screening mesh is easy to replace. Feed speed can be automatically or manually adjusted.
The receiving hopper interior features high wear-resistant lining plates. The conveyor uses wear-resistant lining plates and rubber buffer idler design to extend service life.
