Product Introduction
The Solid Waste Specialized Light Chain Plate Conveyor is the first core feeding device in solid waste processing production lines. It is specifically designed for continuous conveying of large-volume, heavy-load, and irregular materials, capable of stably conveying lump, bulk, mixed materials, and various packaged items along horizontal or ≤35° inclined paths, completely solving the industry pain point of traditional belt conveyors being unable to convey large, sharp, and heavy-load materials.
The equipment uses high-strength manganese steel integrally stamped chain plates as the load-bearing body, combined with a large-volume arc-shaped feed hopper and seamless arc transition section structure, easily handling direct unloading from loaders and effectively preventing large material jamming and conveyor belt puncture issues. The drive system uses a hardened gear reduction motor with high output torque and smooth operation, equipped with an automatic tensioning device, chain plate anti-deviation device, overload protection device, and emergency stop system, ensuring 24-hour continuous uninterrupted operation.
The machine frame is welded from Q235 heavy steel plates and protected by sandblasting and an epoxy zinc-rich anti-corrosion coating, supporting long-term operation in solid waste workshops with high dust, high humidity, and corrosive materials. Beyond pretreatment feeding for municipal solid waste, construction waste, and bulky waste, the equipment can convey heavy-load materials such as industrial solid waste, mine ore, and building-material raw materials in automated crushing and sorting lines.
