Product Introduction
The Heavy-Duty Screen is a high-efficiency dual-stage vibrating screening device specifically developed for screening materials containing large and heavy items. It specializes in multi-size material sorting, capable of handling materials within 650mm, widely suitable for screening scenarios involving mines, engineering muck, sand and gravel aggregates, municipal solid waste, aged waste, and construction and decoration waste. It is a core screening device for the solid waste treatment, sand and gravel processing, and material grading industries.
This equipment adopts an inclined installation structure, relying on a flywheel exciter rotating to generate centrifugal force, driving the screen body in stable reciprocating vibration. The upper layer features cantilever-type bar screen panels, arranged horizontally in rows with a longitudinal stepped layout. During equipment operation, materials tumble and loosen vigorously on the cantilever bars, achieving efficient separation. The cantilever bars can withstand severe impact from materials below 650mm. Materials larger than the upper layer are discharged from the outlet, while materials smaller than the upper layer fall onto the lower steel screen or screen panel mesh for secondary screening. Materials with particle sizes smaller than the screen hole specifications quickly penetrate the screen panels for screening discharge, while larger particle materials are smoothly conveyed with the screen body vibration to the discharge port for removal. This thoroughly solves the industry pain point of large and heavy materials causing impact damage to screen surfaces, resulting in short screen surface life in traditional screening equipment.
The equipment features an operator-friendly structure. Modular upper screen panels support quick replacement and maintenance, while the lower layer uses a universal vibrating-screen installation system. An external dust cover, rubber damping components, and an electrical overload protection system support efficient, stable, and safe operation. Low noise, high impact resistance, a low failure rate, and straightforward maintenance make it suitable for long-term continuous industrial use across a broad range of applications.
Key Advantages
The upper layer features cantilever-type bar screen panels with stepped arrangement that increases tumbling frequency and amplitude while providing better impact resistance and allowing flexible materials to flow quickly through, reducing snagging. The lower layer uses steel screen panels for greater impact resistance. Screen hole sizes can be customized according to customer material specifications and screening requirements, adapting to various material grading operations with high screening efficiency.
The exciter adopts a modular design, allowing flexible adjustment of equipment vibration amplitude by adding or removing counterweights, adapting to materials of different hardness, moisture, elasticity, and friction. Combined with damping springs, it efficiently absorbs equipment operation vibration, significantly reducing operating noise. The equipment base has small vibration amplitude, smooth overall operation, and low wear rates.
The upper layer adopts individually fixed bar screen panels in rows, allowing quick replacement of individual bars or entire rows using common tools. The lower layer uses a boltless clamp-type screen panel fixing structure, allowing quick screen panel disassembly and replacement without specialized tools. The equipment lower screen mesh inspection area has ample operating space, with simple and convenient procedures, effectively shortening equipment downtime for maintenance and reducing manual maintenance difficulty and operational costs.
Equipped with a professional electrical overload protection system, the equipment automatically alarms and shuts down when faults such as overload operation or current anomalies occur, preventing equipment overload damage risks. The three-dimensional welded screen mesh maintains stability under prolonged severe impact, and the lower steel screen panels feature excellent wear resistance, corrosion resistance, and impact resistance, adapting to complex working conditions. The equipment overall has strong durability and long service life.
