Product Introduction
The Trommel Screen is a rotary screening device suitable for sorting various particle size materials, capable of handling materials within 500mm. It is widely used in screening sand and gravel aggregates, engineering muck, construction waste, municipal solid waste, organic matter, and mineral materials. It is a mainstream screening device in the solid waste treatment, sand and gravel processing, and material grading industries.
This equipment adopts an inclined cylindrical structure, driven by a motor reducer with friction support rollers driving the drum at constant speed, combined with internal material lifting baffles, causing materials to continuously tumble, loosen, and advance forward, achieving continuous dynamic screening. The drum body adopts a segmented plate-type screen panel layout, capable of multi-stage material sorting. Large debris is transported with the drum to the tail end for discharge, while small and medium-sized materials sequentially pass through screen panels at each stage for graded screening. The reinforced integrated drum structure can withstand continuous impact from large materials, adapting to high-moisture, sticky, and complex mixed working conditions. Leveraging the rotary tumbling operating principle, it can effectively break up caked wet materials, thoroughly solving industry pain points such as screen hole clogging, material accumulation, incomplete screening, and high screen surface wear in traditional screening machines.
The equipment features an operator-friendly structure, with modular segmented drum screen panels for convenient removal and replacement. An enclosed dust cover, rubber damping components, and an electrical overload protection system support efficient, stable, and safe screening. Low noise, high impact resistance, a low failure rate, and straightforward maintenance make it suitable for long-term continuous factory operation across a broad range of applications.
Key Advantages
The equipment uses reinforced steel drums and wear-resistant lining plates, with overall impact resistance and wear resistance. Relying on the drum rotary tumbling structure, it continuously loosens caked and sticky wet materials during operation, fundamentally eliminating screen hole clogging and material retention issues. The equipment supports multi-stage screen panel segmented screening, with screen hole specifications customizable according to customer material characteristics and screening requirements, adapting to various material grading operations, with screening precision and operational efficiency superior to traditional screening equipment.
Drum inclination angle and rotary speed are both flexibly adjustable, adapting to various materials with different hardness, moisture, and viscosity. Combined with integrated rubber damping components and a stable reduction drive system, it effectively buffers equipment operation vibration, reducing operational noise. The entire machine has small oscillation amplitude and low wear rate, operating smoothly throughout, ensuring stable and continuous production line operation.
The equipment adopts a modular segmented screen panel design, combined with convenient fixing structures, allowing quick screen panel disassembly, assembly, and replacement using common tools. The equipment reserves ample maintenance space, with a simple frame structure and low failure rates, significantly shortening equipment downtime for maintenance, reducing manual maintenance difficulty and equipment operational costs.
Equipped with a professional electrical overload protection and material jam alarm shutdown system, the equipment automatically alarms and shuts down when faults such as overload, material jams, or current anomalies occur, preventing equipment damage risks. Both the drum body and screen panels use high-strength wear-resistant materials, corrosion-resistant and impact-resistant, adaptable to dusty and high-humidity complex harsh working conditions. The entire machine features sturdy structure and strong durability, effectively extending equipment service life.
