Product Introduction
The Z-Type Air Sorter is a vertical zigzag airflow sorting device specifically developed for efficient separation of light and heavy materials in mixed solid waste. It specializes in fine light impurity removal from crushed materials, capable of handling materials within 60mm, widely used in municipal solid waste, aged waste, construction and decoration waste, recycled plastics, and industrial waste residue scenarios. This equipment adopts a vertical Z-type zigzag duct structure, relying on a fan to generate stable upward airflow. During the falling process, materials undergo multi-stage step collision and tumbling, with caked materials broken up. Heavy materials (such as brick and stone, metal, plastic bottle flakes) overcome airflow resistance through inertia and fall along the duct for discharge, while light impurities (such as film, paper scraps, lint) are carried upward by the airflow and transported to the top cyclone dust collector for collection and separation. The zigzag flow field design effectively avoids the issue of uneven sorting precision in straight ducts, achieving high-purity light/heavy separation and solving pain points such as incomplete sorting and easy clogging in traditional air sorters.
The equipment has a compact, well-sealed structure. Its enclosed process design reduces dust leakage, while the cyclone dust removal system helps keep the working environment clean. A variable-frequency fan and electrical overload protection allow airflow to be adjusted for different materials.
